Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We pride in giving you the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a condition that is still able to sell. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and still in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gensordinaires.ca and we will provide you a return authorization # as well as further instructions for mailing. 

Shipping 

Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend to use shipping providers that offer tracking services for trace purposes.
